1.BYPASS PRESSURE SW. FOR FURNACE C+ TO 11 INPUT = 63CA
2.BYPASS ATOMIZE AIR PRESSURE SW. C+ TO 14 INPUT = 63A
3.BYPASS D.O. PRESSURE SW. C+ to 15 INPUT = 63Q
4.BYPASS THERMOSTAT FOR EXHAUST GAS C+ TO 16 INPUT = TS
AFTER CONNECTING THOOSE BYPASS CIRCUIT, WE DONE ALSO THE FOLLOWINGS…
1.CLEAN AND CHECK THE FLAME EYE AND IGNITION IN BURNER AND PHOTO CELL SENSOR
2.CLEAN AND CHECK ALL SOLENOID VALVE AND SOLENOID PUMP.
3.CLEAN AND CHECK FUEL OIL FILTER AND DIESEL OL FILTER.
4,CHECK ALL LIMIT SWITCH
5.CHECK ALL PIPE FITTINGS.
THEN,WE PERFORM TO START THE INCENERATOR,
1.START THE COOLING FAN (ON)
2.SWITCH TO CHANGEOVER COMBUSTION TO WASTE OIL & AUX.BURNER
3.THEN AFTER 5 MINUTES WE START COMBUSTION BUTTON
4.THEN START, WASTE OIL PUMP IS RUNNING BUT NO OIL COMING OUT
5.AFTER STARTING,THE PRESSURE OF ATOMIZE AIR IS SET TO 0.08 MPA AND THE WASTE OIL PRESSURE(VALVE OUTLET) IS 0.05 MPA
6.THEN AFTER A MINUTE HAVE ALARM COME, “MIS-FIRE AND WASTE OIL ABNORMAL ALARMS”
AFTER STARTING THE INCENERATOR
THE FOLLOWING OBSERVED
– PILOT BURNER IGNITE
– AFTER FEW SECONDS ALARM FAULT MIS-FIRE AND WASTE OIL PRESSURE ALARM LOW
-THE COOLING FAN, BURNER FAN AND WASTE OIL PUMP IS CONTINUOS RUNNING EVEN THE COOLLING FAN IS SWITCHED TO OFF POSITION
WE TRY AGAIN 5 TIMES TO RE START THE INCENERATOR,CHECK AGAIN THE PRESSURE AND TRANSMITTER PREESSURE OF ALL SOLENOID,ALSO CLEAN AND CHECK ALL CIRCUIT.
CAUSE OF TROUBLE OBSERVED
– RELAY IN I/O CARD- to power up Atomizing Air and Waste Oil Pump not working.
– FUEL OIL PUMP DEFECTIVE- Adjusted already the Relief v/v but no Oil coming out after disconnected the outlet pipe.
– SOLENOID VALVE- for Atomizing Air not opening
COMPLETED THE JOB BY:
1.REPLACED I/O BOARD DC CIRCUIT
2.SOLENOID VALVE(FOR ATOMIZE AIR) TO BE REPLACED
3.WASTE OIL PUMP- to be replace.
4. REPAIR W.O PUMP
5. Check, commiss and test system.
