SVC Marine supplies marine paints, lubricants, stores, spare parts and provisions for vessels at Vietnam ports, anchorages and shipyards. Send a clear requisition with the vessel location and delivery window so the supply desk can prepare an itemised quotation.
01
For paints, specify the vessel area, coating system or product, surface condition and quantity. For lubricants, specify the current product and grade, machinery maker and model, quantity and packaging. A proposed alternative is identified for your review.
02
Use one requisition line per item with a description, quantity and unit. For spare parts, include the maker, model, part number and a photograph or drawing when available. State whether an alternative is acceptable.
03
Provide food items, pack sizes, quantities and delivery instructions. Identify fresh, chilled or frozen items and any specific food requirement. The quotation defines the agreed food supply scope.
04
Give the actual port, terminal or anchorage, ETA and ETD, agent contact and onboard receiving arrangements. Access, vessel schedule and delivery conditions are reviewed for the individual call.
05
An itemised quotation with the proposed specification, quantity, unit and agreed delivery scope. Clarifications and substitutions are resolved before supply.

SVC supplies provisions, deck and engine stores for vessel calls in Ha Tinh against the confirmed requisition and receiving arrangements. Vung Ang and Son Duong calls need separate terminal, berth and schedule instructions. Give the intended receiving point for each order rather than using the province name as a delivery address.
Use the Vung Ang provisions and bonded-stores guide for food packs, proposed alternatives and call-specific supply confirmation. For a Son Duong provisions and ship chandlery, identify the stores separately from any machinery or repair attendance. SVC checks the requested specification, quotes the proposed items and purchases the accepted order.
A vessel continuing to nearby Hon La can send a separate receiving instruction for that call. Allocate food quantities and technical stores to the intended port and keep the delivery records distinct. For other North Central calls, the port coverage below includes Cua Lo and Nghi Son; a regional itinerary does not replace confirmation of each delivery.
05
Name Vung Ang or Son Duong and the actual terminal or receiving point. Include the ETA, required receiving window, item quantities and units, plus the vessel or agent receiving instructions. SVC returns the proposed supply scope and any points needing confirmation.
Yes. Keep deck and engine items in a separate list with maker/model, part references, sizes and quantities. Food retains its own pack and handling requirements. The quotation distinguishes the supply lines from any fitting or testing appointment.
One purchaser can send the itinerary and lists together, but each line needs its intended receiving call. Confirm the available items and delivery arrangements for each port; a later call requires its own schedule and receipt. Bonded-store enquiries keep their separate product, brand, pack and quantity confirmation.
06
For North Central Vietnam food orders, see Vung Ang and Son Duong provisions and bonded stores and Cua Lo ship chandling and provisions. Keep the galley list, technical stores and receiving instructions distinct; Vietnam ship provisions explains the wider food-order scope.

Item availability, delivery timing, customs clearance, port access and final acceptance remain subject to local supplier stock, port regulation, customs procedure, vessel schedule and buyer confirmation.
For safety equipment, class-related items, statutory service items, radio equipment, LSA, FFE, machinery parts and technical components, final suitability must be confirmed by the owner, manager, vessel, class society, flag administration, manufacturer or authorised service provider where applicable.
SVC Marine does not guarantee that every requested item is available locally or that delivery can be completed without port, customs, weather, access or operational restrictions.
