SVC Marine is a Vietnam-based marine service and shipbroking company supporting shipowners, managers, buyers and operators with ship sale and purchase, vessel sourcing, ship repair, drydock supervision, owner’s representative, technical coordination, marine supply and spare parts services.
We work with international shipowners, ship managers, buyers, investors, charterers and marine service partners who need practical support in Vietnam and regional shipping markets. Our focus is simple: help clients control technical risk, commercial exposure, repair quality, delivery schedule and local execution.
SVC Marine combines shipbroking, technical coordination and field execution capability. We are not only a broker introducing vessels or a supplier quoting stores. Who We Are
SVC Marine Services was established to provide practical marine support for shipowners, ship managers and vessel buyers operating in Vietnam and international markets. Our work covers both commercial and technical sides of shipping, with strong focus on vessel transactions, ship repair, drydock coordination and owner’s representative services.
From our Vietnam base, we support vessels calling Vietnamese ports, entering Vietnamese shipyards, undergoing inspection, changing ownership, preparing for delivery or requiring urgent technical attendance. We also maintain international business capability through our UAE structure to support cross-border shipping projects, ship sale and purchase, offshore coordination and wider maritime business development.

Our Position in the Market
SVC Marine works between the owner’s office and the actual vessel operation. Many marine projects fail not because the owner does not know what to do, but because local execution is weak: unclear repair scope, poor vendor control, missing documents, delayed class attendance, wrong spare parts, weak reporting or lack of responsible local coordination.
Our role is to close that gap. We help clients coordinate with shipyards, class surveyors, flag representatives, service suppliers, repair teams, ship agents, port service providers and vessel crew so that technical and commercial decisions can be made with clearer information.
We support both one-time assignments and longer-term cooperation for shipowners and buyers who require a trusted marine partner in Vietnam.
Shipbroking and Vessel Transaction Support
SVC Marine supports buyers and sellers in second-hand vessel sale and purchase, vessel sourcing, pre-purchase inspection, negotiation coordination, MOA follow-up and delivery support.
For buyers, we focus on more than price. We review whether a vessel is technically suitable, commercially realistic, inspectable, deliverable and fit for the intended trade. This includes review of vessel particulars, class status, age, machinery, cargo capacity, draft, delivery position, repair exposure, flag/class considerations and compliance risk.
For sellers and owners, we support vessel marketing, buyer approach, inspection coordination, negotiation follow-up and transaction execution.
Ship Repair, Drydock and Technical Attendance
SVC Marine provides ship repair coordination, drydock supervision and technical attendance for vessels in Vietnam. We support repair projects at berth, anchorage, workshop, shipyard or drydock, depending on vessel condition, port permission, class requirements and repair scope.
Our repair support covers machinery repair, steel repair, pipe work, hot work, deck repair, electrical troubleshooting, safety service coordination, spare parts supply, local vendor control and daily reporting to the owner or manager.
For drydock and larger repair projects, we assist with work scope review, shipyard coordination, class attendance, vendor follow-up, progress monitoring, cost control and priority job closing before undocking.
Owner’s Representative and Technical Superintendent Support
When owners cannot attend a vessel directly, SVC Marine can support as local owner’s representative or marine technical superintendent in Vietnam. We monitor work progress, check visible repair quality, coordinate vendors, follow up class issues, collect photo evidence and provide clear owner-side reporting.
This service is suitable for drydock, ship repair, pre-purchase inspection, delivery, post-purchase repair, class item follow-up, RightShip preparation, emergency attendance and general technical coordination.
Vietnam Port and Shipyard Coverage
SVC Marine supports vessels at major Vietnamese ports, shipyards and repair locations, subject to vessel schedule, local access, safety approval and service availability.

Vietnam Base, International Structure
SVC Marine operates from Vietnam with practical field execution capability at local ports and shipyards. Our Vietnam operation supports vessel attendance, repair coordination, inspection, drydock supervision, ship supply, spare parts sourcing and local vendor control.
In parallel, SVC Marine has developed an international business structure through the UAE to support cross-border maritime projects, ship sale and purchase, offshore coordination, international shipowners and regional business expansion.
This structure allows us to serve clients who require both local Vietnam execution and international commercial coordination.
