Provisions for west-coast, east-coast and southern Johor calls

SVC Marine supplies vessel provisions on the west and east coasts of Peninsular Malaysia and in southern Johor. East-coast requests include Kuantan, Kemaman, Kerteh, Kuala Terengganu, Tok Bali and Dungun. Kemaman and Kuala Terengganu are principal east-coast supply locations for SVC Marine. Send the galley list and actual receiving destination for a quotation and agreed delivery aboard.

01

Select the vessel's actual port

Port names do not replace terminal and berth instructions. Identify the actual receiving point and provide ETA, ETD and the preferred delivery date. Northport, Westports, Tanjung Pelepas and Johor Port are separate destinations and must be quoted accordingly.

02

Victualling and top-up orders

For a full restock, send crew numbers, the intended victualling period and the quantities prepared by the galley. For a top-up, list the shortages and essential receiving deadline. Separate fresh, chilled, frozen and dry items, with quantities and pack sizes specified against each line.

03

What to put in the provision list

Request fresh fruit and vegetables, chilled or frozen meat and seafood, dairy products, dry provisions, rice, flour, canned goods, cooking oils, drinking water and beverages. Specify the product, quantity, unit and pack size. A carton must have a stated number of packs or net weight; BOX alone does not define the quantity supplied.

List any brand, dietary or certification requirement against the relevant item. SVC identifies the proposed products and any alternatives in the quotation. Substitutions require the customer's agreement before the order is finalised.

04

SVC quotation, order and delivery

SVC supplies the customer order under the agreed scope. Your quotation identifies the products, units, quantities, delivery destination, charges and terms. Malaysia provision orders under this service are contracted with SVC MARINE SERVICE - FZCO. Captains, shipowners and operators deal with SVC for the quotation, accepted order and delivery records.

At delivery, the vessel's representative checks quantities against the delivery note and records any shortage or discrepancy before signing. Send changes to ETA, berth or receiving instructions to SVC so the agreed delivery details can be updated.

05

Send your provision requisition

Email your provision requisition. Include the exact port and terminal, ETA and ETD, preferred delivery date, product list and company contact. For a short-notice top-up, mark the essential items and the receiving deadline. Delivery timing is confirmed in the quotation.
