Crew-medical attendance remains a separate appointed workstream from delivering medical stores. Agree the product order and the medical party appointment or document requirements independently.

For a medical-store quotation, give the item descriptions, quantities, pack sizes, product specifications or acceptable equivalents, shelf-life and product-document requirements, port, ETA, delivery location and urgency. Confirm port permission, launch-boat arrangements and safety conditions where delivery is to an anchorage.

For inspection or crew medical attendance, identify the required certificate or appointment type, company or authority instructions, port and available timing.
