Agree the order and receiving details
Malaysia provision orders under this service are contracted with SVC MARINE SERVICE - FZCO. The SVC quotation identifies the products, units, quantities, delivery destination and commercial terms. Delivery timing and the receiving method are confirmed against the particular enquiry and agreed order.
Keep SVC informed of ETA, ETD, berth and receiving-window changes. A change of terminal can change the delivery arrangements and must be reconfirmed. At receipt, the vessel representative checks quantities against the delivery note and records shortages or discrepancies before signing.
