Identify the receiving location
Name the actual receiving facility at Tok Bali. If the order is for Tok Bali Supply Base, state that destination explicitly. Distinguish provisions for the vessel galley from a consignment for another recipient. An onward destination needs its own agreed delivery scope, receiving contact and schedule.

Prepare the galley requisition
List fresh fruit and vegetables, chilled or frozen food, dairy products, rice, flour, canned goods, cooking oils, drinking water and beverages as required. Put the product, quantity, unit and pack size on every line. For cartons, specify the number of packs and the net quantity per pack. Mark any brand, dietary or certification requirement against the relevant product.
Separate a full victualling order from an urgent top-up. For a full restock, include the intended victualling period and the quantities prepared by the galley. For a top-up, identify the essential shortages and latest acceptable receiving window. Any proposed alternatives are listed in the quotation for agreement before the order is finalised.

Agree the order and receiving details
Malaysia provision orders under this service are contracted with SVC MARINE SERVICE - FZCO. The SVC quotation identifies the products, units, quantities, delivery destination and commercial terms. Delivery timing and the receiving method are confirmed against the particular enquiry and agreed order.
Keep SVC informed of ETA, ETD, berth and receiving-window changes. A change of terminal can change the delivery arrangements and must be reconfirmed. At receipt, the vessel representative checks quantities against the delivery note and records shortages or discrepancies before signing.

Send a provision request
Email your galley requisition with the actual port, terminal or receiving point, ETA, ETD, preferred delivery date and company contact. Send operational identity details through the private enquiry channel. Malaysia provisions lists the west-coast, east-coast and southern Johor destinations.
