Facilities & Role
Gemadept operates a network of ports and logistics facilities in Vietnam. Vessel attendance is arranged for the specific terminal identified in the enquiry.
SVC Marine at Gemadept Terminals
- Emergency ship repair: voyage, mechanical, electrical, hull works
- Technical spares & supply: deck & engine stores, lubricants, ropes, filters
- Provisions: food, fresh & dry stores
- Underwater inspection & cleaning: SVC inspects the agreed hull areas, cleans the propeller where permitted and supplies technical records for any separately appointed class review
- Drydock work: SVC checks the repair worklist and yard quotation and performs or attends its appointed voyage-repair scope; the yard confirms any slot
- Sale & Purchase (SNP): under mandate, SVC sources container and general-cargo candidates, reviews particulars and inspection needs, and negotiates the transaction
- Port-call logistics: SVC arranges assigned trucking and cargo-side attendance and records its own work; SVC may perform separately appointed agency tasks where authorized, while statutory filings require an authorized declarant and the terminal controls cargo handling and access
