SVC Marine undertakes ship sale and purchase, vessel inspection, drydock supervision, ship repair, ship supply and cargo operations. Our teams work on board, at the shipyard and in port for shipowners, managers, buyers and cargo clients.
Our capabilities
01
A vessel purchase or repair project brings together commercial decisions and practical work on the vessel. SVC Marine connects sourcing, inspection, delivery, drydock, repair and supply within the client's agreed mandate.
Our surveyors go on board and issue SVC inspection reports. We negotiate purchase terms, counter MOA clauses and deliver vessels. Our superintendents supervise yard work; our repair, diving, supply and cargo teams carry out the commissioned scope.
02
SVC Marine is led by Daniel Ho, whose background spans shipbuilding, port operations and marine field execution. His shipyard and newbuilding experience at Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard, combined with loading master and port operations experience at Son Duong Port (Formosa Ha Tinh), underpins how SVC Marine approaches vessel work: from the yard and the deck, not only from the desk.
03
04
Understand vessel type, trade, budget, delivery target and operational requirement.
Identify suitable candidates and screen technical-commercial fit.
Review condition, documents, class status, repair exposure and delivery risk.
Negotiate price, technical clauses and delivery conditions. Read and counter the MOA clause by clause before the client approves the final terms.
Prepare closing documents, attend the vessel and complete the agreed onboard handover, inventories and delivery record.
Our superintendent supervises drydock repairs, checks yard progress and manages the repair and class-survey worklist.
Supply the vessel, complete the commissioned port and cargo work, and report outstanding readiness items to the owner.

SVC Marine executes and attends maritime work directly - ship sale and purchase, technical inspection, drydock supervision, ship repair attendance, owner’s and buyer’s representation, marine supply and field-level technical-commercial execution - on behalf of shipowners, managers and buyers.
SVC Marine is not a class society, flag administration, statutory authority, legal adviser, bank, insurer, customs authority or government authority, and does not perform those functions. Final class, flag, statutory, port, safety, legal, banking, insurance, sanctions and regulatory decisions remain with the relevant authorities, professional advisers, the vessel owner, the ship manager and the contractual parties.
