01
Inspection inside the tanks
SVC Marine attended the owner's side during ballast tank inspection with the Turkish Lloyd class surveyor. The inspection examined the internal hull structure directly, including plating, frames, stiffeners, brackets, weld seams and earlier repair areas.
02
Condition and repair scope
The work focused on corrosion, steel wastage and coating breakdown. Findings from the tank inspection informed the steel repair scope and class-related repair follow-up during drydock. SVC Marine followed inspection comments with the vessel crew and repair team.
03
Part of the drydock record
This is a detailed inspection record within the drydock case linked below, not a separate vessel transaction. The parent project records steel repair, bulbous bow welding renewal and return to commercial operation. Those outcomes belong to the complete drydock project.
04
Connected technical work
Tank inspection, steel renewal and drydock attendance are connected work scopes. For an enquiry, send the tank arrangement, previous thickness measurements if available, class comments, known defects and intended docking window.
