Bonded-store requisitions for Hon La calls

SVC supplies bonded stores for ships at Hon La. We handle the product list, accepted pack contents, purchasing and receiving records, with availability and the appropriate supply documents checked for the particular vessel call. SVC’s warehouse network in Vung Ang and Thach Khe includes supply and bonded storage.

01

Keep the bonded list separate from general stores

We separate bonded products from ordinary provisions and technical stores. Identify the product, brand, individual pack size, number of items per selling unit and requested quantity for each bonded line. A general crew-stores total does not define what is to be purchased.

Where several departments or receivers are involved, give each accepted group a clear requisition reference. SVC can then prepare the goods and receiving list without confusing a galley provision substitute with a different bonded product or pack.

02

Review what is offered before accepting the order

Our team shows the offered product and full pack arrangement for acceptance. Compare the total contents as well as the selling-unit price. Different case contents can change the actual supply even where the product brand appears unchanged.

If an alternative is acceptable, record the buyer’s acceptance of that exact product, pack and quantity. Unconfirmed items remain pending. An offer for one accepted line does not establish availability of every item in the original list or permission to dispatch the whole requisition.

03

Tie the proposal to the actual call

We check the order’s documents and receiving arrangement for the Hon La call. The proposed supply arrangement, available documents and applicable receiving requirements are confirmed for that particular call before dispatch.

This confirmation is specific to the products and order concerned. SVC’s warehouse network supports the stores supply; product and call-specific documentation remain part of the order. If the receiving port or order contents change, review the affected confirmation rather than copying it to the new instruction.

SVC’s warehouse network in Vung Ang and Thach Khe includes supply storage and bonded warehousing. Our team prepares provisions and ship stores through this local network and plans delivery to the vessel’s receiving point. Product availability, the required documents and the handling arrangement are confirmed against the order and port call.

04

Record partial supply without losing the original unit

We record partial supply with its original product and purchasing unit intact. For an incomplete carton or case, record the actual item count so the balance can be understood. Preserve any rejected product’s description and reason as a separate exception.

For a later order, send only the outstanding quantities with the revised receiving instruction. Keep the original receipt intact. The resulting record should show what the vessel actually received and which part of the requisition still requires a proposed supply.

Questions about Bonded-store requisitions for Hon La calls

Can bonded stores be added after the provision order is approved?

Send a separate list for review. The food order’s approval does not approve bonded products, alternatives, documents or receiving arrangements.

What happens when the ship changes receiving port?

The proposed supply and applicable receiving conditions need review for the revised call. Keep the actual receipt from the earlier call and identify the outstanding quantities separately.

08

Request a Hon La service quotation

Email the SVC supply desk with the item list, specification or food preparation, pack contents, quantity and receiving window. Include the actual Hon La berth or nominated position and the latest vessel schedule. SVC returns the proposed scope and outstanding confirmations for acceptance.
