Two deck-store requirements for hold cleaning
The vessel needed a chemical applicator set and high-pressure water jetting spares for cargo hold cleaning after cement discharge. SVC Marine quoted both requisitions, then coordinated the two orders as a single supply operation at Nghi Son.
The application equipment and the high-pressure jetting accessories served different parts of the same cleaning preparation. Combining their delivery brought both requirements aboard in one launch trip.
Chemical application equipment
The chemical applicator requirement was for use with cement remover, replacing a deteriorating existing set. SVC Marine offered an equivalent chemical applicator kit, identified it as an equivalent in the quotation and supply documentation, and supplied the one set covered by the purchase order.
High-pressure hoses and turbonozzles
The second order covered 20 m high-pressure extension hoses and turbonozzles for the vessel’s water jetting equipment. The hose-end connections were compared and measured during preparation, as shown in the photographs below.
For replacement jetting accessories, the connection type and dimensions matter alongside the hose length and equipment requirements. A photograph of the existing fitting and clear technical details help identify the required connection.
Launch delivery at Nghi Son anchorage
Both orders were taken out by launch and transferred aboard at Nghi Son anchorage. The delivery was completed in heavy swell, with the team returning to shore after midnight local time.
The vessel received the supplied items in good order and condition and signed for the delivery.
