High-pressure fuel-pump work during the vessel call
SVC carried out high-pressure fuel-pump repair work in Vung Tau on 19 October 2026. The completed worklist included removal and installation within the repair appointment.
Keep the repair worklist and any supplied parts identifiable in a vessel enquiry. A general request for engine stores does not define the pump repair or the appointed onboard work.
Describe the actual pump and the requested work
For a new enquiry, send the engine and pump identification, relevant component references, the reported problem and the work requested. Identify whether the request concerns a spare pump, parts for an existing unit or repair of that unit. SVC can quote the supply and appointed repair tasks as distinct scopes.
Provide photographs of the identification plate and accessible connections with the equipment information. State what is already known and what still needs inspection; a symptom alone does not establish which internal part must be replaced.
Plan removal, repair and installation as identifiable tasks
Confirm the vessel location, access arrangements, port-call window and the equipment being handed over for work. Identify which removal and installation tasks belong in the quotation and whether any workshop attendance or parts supply is requested.
Agree any requested inspection, test or calibration record for the actual equipment before the work starts. Record the checks actually performed and their results separately from a general completion note. The requirements for a future appointment are agreed for that job.
Keep repair and stores orders clear when planning a port call
Food, bonded stores and engine-room spares can be requested for the same vessel call with separate item groups and receiving instructions. The repair appointment also needs its own access and work window. SVC supplies the confirmed stores and performs the appointed technical work against their respective scopes.
Use marine spare-parts sourcing, ship repair in Vietnam and ship stores and marine supply for the connected supply and repair enquiries.
Also serving Son Duong, Vung Ang and Cua Lo
SVC also accepts technical-work enquiries for Son Duong, Vung Ang and Cua Lo. Send the equipment brief and actual work window for the intended port call.
For the accompanying food and stores requisitions, see Son Duong and Vung Ang provisions and bonded stores and Cua Lo ship chandling and provisions. Each receiving point and technical appointment is confirmed for that call.
