Acceptance of a vessel mandate, supply order or repair job is subject to company verification, applicable sanctions checks and confirmation of the contractual scope. Additional documents may be required before SVC accepts an instruction, releases confidential particulars or proceeds with delivery. SVC does not accept transactions prohibited by applicable law.

SVC Marine records visits, pages viewed and contact-link clicks in a private first-party traffic log, with IP address, approximate location, network and browser details. This helps us understand enquiries and improve the website. It uses no visitor cookie or browser storage. Full IP is restricted to authorized administrators and removed after 90 days; raw events are removed after 13 months, with aggregate counts retained. Clicking a contact link does not mean an enquiry was sent.
