Port information and service details

For a vessel calling at the Vung Ang 1 power-plant berth, send SVC Marine the defect or supply list, photographs, ETA and available work window. SVC checks the scope, boards when access is approved and performs the appointed repair, inspection or delivery. The berth is a dedicated coal facility in Ha Tinh, not an SVC-operated port. The operator and appointed agent confirm access and port formalities for each call.

SVC Marine at Vung Ang 1 Port

SVC performs an agreed vessel-side scope when the master and berth operator permit boarding and the work can be done safely. Each of the following is quoted as a separate scope.

  • Ship repair: SVC inspects the reported steel, machinery or piping defect, agrees isolation and method, performs the commissioned work and records completed and open items.
  • Technical spares and provisions: SVC checks maker references, quantities and receiving conditions, sources agreed items and records delivery to the approved point.
  • Underwater inspection or cleaning: SVC defines the dive and report scope; the berth, vessel and authorities confirm permission and safe conditions before divers enter the water.
  • Drydock: SVC surveys the repair list, compares yard scope and supervises appointed work; the yard confirms availability and class makes its own survey decision.
  • Sale and purchase: under a separate mandate, SVC sources suitable bulk tonnage, boards and inspects when permitted, negotiates and counters MOA terms for the client.
  • Crew or logistics work: SVC agrees its own appointment separately; the responsible agent and authorities retain customs, immigration, cargo and port formalities.

Questions About a Vung Ang 1 Port Call

Can SVC repair a vessel at the power-plant berth?

SVC can inspect and perform an agreed vessel repair after the berth operator and vessel confirm access, isolation, the safe work window and any permit. Send the defect and ETA first.

Does the berth listing authorize diving or hot work?

No. The operator, vessel and relevant authorities control permissions and conditions. SVC performs only the separately appointed technical scope; class decides its own acceptance.

What should a supply request include?

Send item specifications or maker part references, quantities, receiving point, ETA and delivery window. SVC checks availability and quotes the actual order.
