01

Commercial and technical work through one team

A vessel purchase or repair project brings together commercial decisions and practical work on the vessel. SVC Marine connects sourcing, inspection, delivery, drydock, repair and supply within the client's agreed mandate.

Our teams review the vessel and work scope, attend the vessel or shipyard, follow progress and report findings and outstanding matters to the client.

With an international structure registered in the United Arab Emirates and practical operations in Vietnam, SVC Marine connects cross-border maritime decision-making with local field execution.

02

Founder & Director

SVC Marine is led by Daniel Ho, whose background spans shipbuilding, port operations and marine field execution. His shipyard and newbuilding experience at Hyundai Vinashin Shipyard, combined with loading master and port operations experience at Son Duong Port (Formosa Ha Tinh), underpins how SVC Marine approaches vessel work: from the yard and the deck, not only from the desk.

This operational foundation shapes SVC Marine’s core method - screening vessels and repair scopes on technical merit, attending work in person, controlling vendors and shipyards, following class items and reporting back to owners with practical, evidence-based updates.

The objective is to help owners, managers and buyers control technical, commercial and operational exposure across the full vessel lifecycle - from acquisition to first cargo.

Owner-Side Mindset

We work from the owner’s position, helping clients control technical, commercial and operational exposure.

Clear Reporting

We provide practical updates, photo records, defect lists, progress status, pending issues and recommended next actions.

Integrated Workstreams

Shipbroking, inspection, drydock, repair, marine supply and technical attendance are connected and managed through one coordinated platform.

Compliance-Aware Coordination

We recognise the importance of class, flag, port, safety, sanctions, banking and regulatory issues. We support practical coordination while final decisions remain with the responsible authorities, advisers and contractual parties.
