Bonded beverages and tobacco enquiries at Vung Ang
SVC supplies bonded beverage and tobacco stores for vessel calls at Vung Ang. We handle product and pack selection, buyer-approved alternatives and the receiving list, with availability, documentation and the permitted supply arrangement confirmed for each call. SVC’s warehouse network in Vung Ang and Thach Khe includes supply and bonded storage.
01
Describe beverage quantities without case ambiguity
We specify beverage brands, variants and full case contents in the supply list. A quoted case may contain a different number or container size from the one the buyer intended.
Keep the unit description intact through the quotation and acceptance. If the vessel requests individual containers instead of complete cases, say so explicitly. SVC can then identify the proposed selling unit rather than presenting unlike packages as an equivalent supply.
02
Keep tobacco product and pack descriptions complete
Our team keeps tobacco product and pack descriptions distinct on the bonded requisition. Product variants and pack arrangements should remain explicit instead of being reduced to an abbreviated brand name and a total.
Where an alternative is proposed, show its actual description and contents for buyer acceptance before purchasing. Unconfirmed availability stays an open line. The enquiry does not authorise a different product or establish that a substitute can be supplied under the proposed arrangement.
03
Confirm receiving and documentation before dispatch
We check the proposed supply and receiving documents for the Vung Ang call. SVC checks the proposed product availability, supply arrangement and available documents against that call before accepting dispatch.
The particular receiving conditions and required authorisations need confirmation. Product availability alone does not establish duty treatment, customs permission or an onboard receiving entitlement. Keep a bonded-store request separate from the ordinary food order so each can be accepted under its own confirmed scope.
SVC’s warehouse network in Vung Ang and Thach Khe includes supply storage and bonded warehousing. Our team prepares provisions and ship stores through this local network and plans delivery to the vessel’s receiving point. Product availability, the required documents and the handling arrangement are confirmed against the order and port call.
04
Reconcile cartons, cases and the actual receipt
We record the actual accepted cartons and cases against the order. If a package is short, damaged or returned, record the exception against that line and identify the actual quantity accepted. Avoid a generic stores total that conceals differences between products.
For a revised or later call, recheck the proposed supply and receiving arrangements. Do not move an earlier confirmation to a different destination without review. The outstanding balance should reflect the vessel’s actual receipt, not the originally requested case count.

Can the offer show several product alternatives?
Yes. Each alternative needs its own complete product and pack description. The buyer should identify the accepted option before SVC purchases it.
