Bonded stores at Son Duong Port
SVC supplies bonded stores for vessel calls at Son Duong, with product selection, complete pack descriptions and delivery documentation checked for each call. Our team handles the requisition from the buyer’s list through accepted alternatives and onboard receipt. SVC’s warehouse network in Vung Ang and Thach Khe includes supply and bonded storage.
01
Make the selling unit unambiguous
We define the full contents of each case, carton, bottle or individual pack. State the product and brand, the size of each individual container, how many containers make one selling unit and the number of selling units requested. Retain the full description when comparing quotations so the buyer can see whether the offers cover the same quantity.
For mixed stores, give each product its own line. Do not combine beverages, personal items and galley food under a single total. The receiver needs the approved description to identify the goods at handover, especially where packages contain several smaller units.
02
Review the proposed offer line by line
Our supply team returns a clear product offer for each requisition line. A smaller pack or different case count changes the contents even when the headline product is similar. The buyer’s acceptance should identify which proposed alternatives can be purchased and which original requests remain open.
Keep the bonded-store acceptance separate from the food or engine-stores order. Acceptance of a provision substitute does not approve an alternative beverage brand or altered pack contents. Where availability is not confirmed, the affected line remains pending rather than being described as ready for delivery.
03
Confirm the particular Son Duong call
We check the Son Duong receiving point and the documents needed for the order. SVC confirms the proposed availability, supply route and available documentation for that call. Required authorisations and the applicable receiving conditions need to be established before dispatch; a general enquiry does not establish duty treatment or permission to bring goods aboard.
If the vessel moves from Son Duong to another receiving port, revise the order’s destination and proposed arrangement. The previous call’s confirmation should not be reused automatically for the later call or for goods that were never included in it.
SVC’s warehouse network in Vung Ang and Thach Khe includes supply storage and bonded warehousing. Our team prepares provisions and ship stores through this local network and plans delivery to the vessel’s receiving point. Product availability, the required documents and the handling arrangement are confirmed against the order and port call.
04
Keep a traceable stores receipt
We record the accepted brand, pack contents and quantities on the ship’s receipt. Record a short or returned line without changing the original selling unit. If only part of a carton-based order is accepted, state its actual contents rather than leaving an unexplained fraction.
Send the balance as a distinct instruction for any later delivery. This preserves an intelligible link between the quotation, the packages purchased and the ship’s receipt. For fresh food or technical items, use separate requisitions through the Son Duong ship-chandlery page.

Questions about Bonded stores at Son Duong Port
Can SVC confirm an alternative brand before purchase?
Yes. The proposed alternative needs its own brand, pack contents and quantity. Purchase follows the buyer’s acceptance of that identified line, not an assumption that a similar product is interchangeable.
Does a quotation establish duty-free eligibility?
No. Proposed supply, documents, applicable requirements and the actual receiving arrangement are confirmed for the particular call. The enquiry itself does not establish duty treatment or stock.
