01

Specify the product the cook intends to use

We specify the meat cut or seafood preparation the cook intends to use. Whole fish, fillets, cleaned portions and mixed packs are different products. State any size or portion preference that matters to the menu rather than relying on a broad food category.

SVC returns the offered description and pack. The cook can then review whether the item fits the planned meals and storage. Keep any dietary requirement or requested product certification attached to the specific line; a general cuisine request does not establish documentation for an unspecified item.

02

Compare portion packs with the total order

Our team compares portion packs and total order contents before purchasing. Distinguish kilograms from piece counts and identify the individual pack size where that affects storage or preparation. Avoid accepting an alternative pack without checking how it changes the usable quantity.

Where a requested cut or preparation is unavailable, SVC identifies the proposed substitute for acceptance before purchase. The accepted description stays with the original requisition line so the cook and receiver see what was agreed when the packages arrive.

03

Confirm freezer receipt before dispatch

We plan frozen-food receiving with the vessel’s storage and handling arrangements. Confirm the handling arrangement for the journey and whether the vessel can move the frozen packages into the intended storage on receipt. A general port address is not a complete dispatch instruction.

Advise any restricted access or equipment problem that changes receipt. If the provision cold room needs repair, quote that attendance separately and explain the vessel’s available storage arrangement. Delivery readiness should not be inferred from a machinery work request still under review.

04

Record quantities and rejected packages by line

We record accepted quantities and any returned packages by food line. Keep a short, damaged or returned line distinct rather than closing the whole order with an unexplained total. If the offered pack differs from the approved one, resolve that difference before recording it as an accepted substitute.

Use the actual receipt to prepare any balance delivery. Reconfirm product proposals and the receiving instruction if the balance moves to another call. For fresh produce and ordinary pantry items in the same order, retain separate food groups and package descriptions.

Questions about Frozen meat and seafood provisions at Cua Lo

Can a different seafood preparation be offered as an alternative?

Yes, but identify the actual preparation, size or portions, pack contents and quantity. The cook should accept that defined alternative before purchase.

What if the vessel’s freezer is unavailable?

State the actual storage limitation and receiving plan with the enquiry. Any refrigeration attendance is a separate appointment; the food delivery needs its own confirmed handling and receipt arrangements.
