01
The Dung Quat bulkhead project shows local cropping and renewal with an AH36 insert plate. Plate preparation, fit-up and welding belong to the execution scope; the repair specification sets the inspection requirements. For a new steel job, send the hold and frame references, tank boundary, material grade, plate thickness, drawings and class comments.
02
Send the item description, maker or part reference where relevant, quantity, unit and acceptable alternatives. Paint and lubricant enquiries should identify the current specification, packaging and required quantity. SVC Marine reviews availability and the delivery scope before quoting.
03
Confirm the terminal or anchorage, ETA and ETD, access arrangements, work area and any class or surveyor attendance. Repair and supply have separate scopes and department contacts; a cargo-lashing enquiry follows its own cargo operation scope.
04
View the cargo hold bulkhead renewal and the project cargo lashing record for the scope performed at Dung Quat. The lashing record concerns equipment and industrial project cargo.
For steel work at Dung Quat, send photographs of the affected structure, thickness measurements if available, and the repair drawing or marked worklist. Our team defines renewal boundaries, material requirements, welding access and inspection records before the work proceeds.

Our repair teams attend the vessel and carry out the appointed steel, pipework, mechanical or electrical scope. Our divers undertake the appointed underwater work. Inspection findings, progress photographs, test results and outstanding items are recorded in the SVC job report.
Work at berth or anchorage is confirmed against the actual vessel location, safe access, port permissions, isolation arrangements and the time available. The quotation defines the work, materials, deliverables and exclusions. Additional work is quoted for approval.

Email [email protected] with the port and terminal or anchorage, ETA and ETD, defect description, equipment maker and model, photographs or drawings, and the proposed worklist. State any class or survey attendance requirement. SVC will review the scope and issue a quotation.
Send the repair worklist to [email protected] or the supply requisition to [email protected].
