Technical ship stores at Lao-Viet Port, Vung Ang
SVC supplies deck, engine and general ship stores at Lao-Viet Port in Vung Ang. Our team identifies the required parts, prepares department-specific packages and delivers them to the vessel’s nominated receiving point, with clear records of goods received.
01
Name the berth, not only the operator
We plan ship-store delivery to the vessel’s actual Lao-Viet berth or receiving point. Its operator identifies Vung Ang berths 1, 2 and 3 separately from Xuan Hai. Use the berth or nominated transfer point stated in the current receiving instruction rather than treating all facilities under the same operator as one delivery destination.
Send the latest vessel schedule and the contact appointed to agree receipt. Access and transfer arrangements are confirmed for the individual order. A port-operator name on an enquiry does not establish a booked stores transfer or an available receiving crew.
02
Convert the deck and engine list into identifiable lines
Our supply team turns deck and engine requisitions into clearly identified goods. For machinery parts, add the equipment maker, model and component reference. Retain the distinction between a complete assembly, a loose component and a service kit.
SVC checks the proposed supply against those inputs and shows any alternative for acceptance. A photograph can identify the area or fitting, but an uncertain thread, flange or hose-end detail needs the relevant measurement before it becomes a matched part order.
03
Pack for the people receiving the goods
We prepare packages for the department that will receive and use them. A mixed load should still identify the weights or dimensions affecting handling and distinguish technical materials from food and personal stores.
Advise whether the vessel can accept the complete load in one window. If only selected items can go aboard, agree the first-load quantities and keep the rest ashore under a balance list. Do not dispatch an unapproved substitute simply because another order group is ready.
04
Preserve the receiving exceptions
We record short, returned or mismatched goods against their original lines. Note shortages, returned items and any remaining identification issue by line. Keep the agreed part reference with the receipt so the receiver can allocate it to the intended equipment.
If a later delivery moves to a different berth or port, revise the receiving instruction for the balance. The first receipt remains the record of the goods actually accepted earlier; it is not replaced by a new whole-order total.

Questions about Technical ship stores at Lao-Viet Port, Vung Ang
Does a Lao-Viet enquiry need the actual berth?
Yes. Identify the current berth or nominated transfer point and receiving window. The operator’s different locations should not be treated as interchangeable delivery instructions.
Can a hose fitting be supplied from a photograph alone?
Send photographs with both-end connection details and relevant measurements. SVC needs enough identification to quote the actual component and obtain acceptance of any proposed alternative.
08

Email the SVC supply desk with the item list, specification or food preparation, pack contents, quantity and receiving window. Include the actual Lao-Viet berth or nominated position and the latest vessel schedule. SVC returns the proposed scope and outstanding confirmations for acceptance.
