01

Crew hospital attendance in 2024, 2025 and 2026

SVC Marine has handled crew hospital attendance in Vietnam in 2024, 2025 and 2026. Hospitals attended include Hữu Nghị Việt Tiệp Hospital and Hòn Gai General Hospital.

02

Vessel-to-shore arrangements

For a new request, SVC Marine reviews the vessel location, berth or anchorage access, requested movement and authorised company contact. The agreed attendance scope may include transport and communication with the receiving hospital.

The plan takes account of the access arrangements for a vessel at berth or anchorage and any onward movement requested by the owner or manager.

03

Hospital communication and port formalities

Hospital appointments, port access and immigration formalities are arranged as required for the particular attendance. The hospital handles examination, treatment and medical decisions.

04

Updates and onward arrangements

The owner or authorised company contact can receive updates on transport, hospital attendance and outstanding arrangements through the private job channel.

Return to the vessel or repatriation can be arranged under the owner’s instructions and the applicable travel and port requirements.

05

Request local agency attendance

Send the vessel location, access point, requested movement and authorised company contact through SVC Marine contact. For related sign-on, sign-off and travel work, see crew change in Vietnam.

SVC Marine is proud to help complete the full lifecycle of a vessel.
