New compressor supply with installation work
SVC supplied a new compressor and carried out installation work in Vung Tau on 18 October 2026. The completed work covered the compressor supply and its installation as identifiable parts of the same job.
For a new equipment order, keep the supplied machine and the installation scope identifiable from the start. The equipment description, installation interfaces and agreed checks belong in the worklist, rather than being left to a general instruction to replace a compressor.
Identify the compressor duty before requesting a replacement
Send the existing maker, model and nameplate photographs, with the system duty and the fault or replacement requirement. State whether the unit serves compressed air, refrigeration or another application; a similar outline or a single matching electrical value does not establish that two units are interchangeable.
For the proposed machine, confirm the required capacity and operating conditions, electrical supply, connection details, footprint and mounting arrangement. Use the applicable manufacturer information for the actual equipment. A parts order should retain its component reference instead of being treated as a complete compressor package.
Define the installation interfaces separately
For a new appointment, identify the existing connections and access route before the machine is dispatched. The vessel and SVC need an agreed plan for handling the unit, preparing the receiving position and performing the installation work within the available port call.
State which fittings, electrical work, consumables and operating checks are included in the quotation. Keep additional investigation or associated component work identifiable. Installation and any measured test or commissioning result should each have their own work record; the request for a new machine does not define every connected task.
Send one equipment brief and a clear receiving window
Provide the equipment identification, proposed replacement specification, connection and installation photographs, actual berth or anchorage, ETA and sailing window. SVC can then quote the machine supply and appointed installation work against the same receiving plan.
See ship stores and marine supply, marine spare-parts sourcing and ship repair in Vietnam for the related procurement and onboard work scopes.
Also serving Son Duong, Vung Ang and Cua Lo
SVC also accepts technical-store and compressor-work enquiries for Son Duong, Vung Ang and Cua Lo. Send each call’s actual receiving point and installation window. These service enquiries have their own appointed scope.
For galley provisions accompanying a Central Vietnam call, use Vung Ang and Son Duong provisions or Cua Lo ship chandling. Keep the food requisition, technical stores and machinery installation as distinct order groups.
