Our Team
SVC Marine is built around a practical maritime team that works onboard vessels, at ports, anchorages, shipyards, terminals and industrial cargo sites in Vietnam and regional markets.
Our team combines shipbroking, vessel operation, owner’s representative work, drydock supervision, afloat repair, port attendance, cargo operation attendance, lashing workforce, floating crane work, marine technical attendance and ship management experience.
SVC Marine is not a desk-only broker. We are paid to handle real maritime work: inspect, attend, negotiate, supervise, mobilize manpower, control vendors, report to owners and get the job done on site.
Our field work covers vessel sale and purchase, vessel sourcing, pre-purchase inspection, drydock, ship repair, port captaincy, shipping, vessel chartering, cargo lashing, floating crane work, marine supply and technical attendance in Vietnam.
Management & Marine Field Team
SVC Marine works with maritime professionals across Vietnam, the Middle East, Turkey and regional shipping markets. Our team structure gives clients both commercial shipping access and practical people on the ground in Vietnam.
Our work is built around field execution. When a vessel, cargo, repair job or drydock project needs attention in Vietnam, our team can attend the site, speak with the vessel, follow port or yard matters, mobilize our local team, control vendors and report practical job status to the client.

Shipbroking & Commercial Shipping Team
SVC Marine’s commercial team handles vessel sale and purchase, vessel sourcing, buyer requirement screening, vessel chartering, freight negotiation and cargo movement from Vietnam.
Our commercial work is linked with field knowledge. Before a vessel, cargo or freight option is presented to a client, we look at practical issues such as vessel condition, class status, drydock date, cargo gear, trading area, port feasibility, cargo handling method and possible cost exposure.
For vessel chartering and shipping, this means SVC Marine does more than pass a freight number. We check whether the vessel can perform the cargo work, whether the port operation is realistic, and whether local field services such as lashing, floating crane, survey or repair attendance may be required.
Key Focus Areas
- Ship sale and purchase
- Vessel sourcing for buyers
- Pre-purchase vessel inspection
- Vessel chartering
- Freight negotiation
- Bulk, breakbulk and project cargo shipping
- Shipping from Vietnamese ports
- Owner-side transaction follow-up

Cargo Lashing Team in Son Duong and Vung Ang
SVC Marine has a cargo lashing workforce of nearly 200 people operating around the Son Duong – Vung Ang area. This is an important field base for project cargo, steel cargo, heavy equipment, breakbulk cargo and industrial cargo operations in central Vietnam.
For selected cargo operations, SVC Marine mobilizes our local lashing team for manpower, dunnage, chocking, chain lashing, wire lashing, turnbuckle tightening, welding-related securing work where permitted, survey follow-up and job reporting.

- Heavy equipment securing
- Steel cargo dunnage and securing
- Breakbulk cargo lashing
- Chain and wire lashing
- Timber chocking and dunnage

This combination of shipping, crane work, lashing manpower and technical attendance is a key part of SVC Marine’s field capability in Vietnam.
