The following is general information/procedure of Joining/Disembark Crew to enter Vietnam for

your kind ref:

1- First of all , you/we have to send letter to all  Embassy in VietNam on behalf of our

crew to request assistance due to suspension of country exit/entry.

2- Embassies have to send Verbal Note to VN Authorities

3- The Consulate Dept of Ministry of External Affair will forward to relevant authorities

4- The most important is People’s Committee of the City/Province where is vessel call

     Who will decided to approve isolating / Joining plan

In this case we need also flight detail for smooth arrangement

5- When we get letter from People’s Committee, we will apply visa approval at Vietnam

Immigration Dept then will get visa approval

6- With visa approval issued by VN Immigration dept, Crew can get visa on arrival

7- All crew has to isolate ( most properly in one nominated hotel) in 14days upon arrival

* All these procedures will take at least 14 days, and 14 days quarantine before joining the

Vessel. Total 28 days.

8 – Especially, there is QuangNinh province ( HonGai/ Cam Pha anchorage) where its People’s

Committee can approve isolating / disembarkation plan within 03 working days, and visa for

crew can be arranged in advance.
