Port information and service details
SVC Marine provides marine services at the Dung Quat Refinery Jetty, the export terminal of BSR (Binh Son Refining & Petrochemical), where tankers are handled under strict HSE and ISPS requirements. Our services include ship repair, ship supply, technical spares, provisions, underwater inspection, drydock worklist review with assigned repair attendance, and ship sale & purchase (SNP).

About Dung Quat Refinery Jetty
- Location: Dung Quat Economic Zone, Quang Ngai, Vietnam
- Operator: Binh Son Refining & Petrochemical (BSR)
- Function: Export of petroleum products: gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, jet fuel, LPG
- Facilities: oil jetties, loading arms, storage tanks, pipelines
- Role: primary outlet of Vietnam’s first oil refinery

Facilities & Role
This refinery jetty handles exports of refined petroleum and petrochemical products and is connected directly to BSR’s storage tank farm, with loading arms and safety systems for tanker operations.

- Emergency repair: voyage, mechanical & electrical works for tankers
- Technical spares & supply: safety equipment, lubricants, engine spares
- Provisions: food, beverages
- Underwater cleaning & inspection: hull & propeller cleaning, UWILD reports
- Drydock work: SVC reviews the repair worklist, yard quotation and assigned work; the yard confirms slot and access
- Sale & Purchase (SNP): under mandate, SVC sources tanker candidates, checks particulars and inspection requirements, and negotiates MOA terms
- Port-call logistics: SVC handles assigned crew movement and its own work documents and may perform separately appointed agency tasks where authorized; statutory filings require an authorized declarant, subject to terminal and authority approval
