Facilities & Role
The port plays a key role in supporting the clinker and coal supply chain for cement and power plants, as well as export of woodchips and general commodities. It complements the industrial network of Dung Quat Economic Zone.

- Emergency repair: steel, hull, and voyage repairs
- Technical supply & spares: marine equipment, lubricants, consumables

- Drydock work: SVC checks the worklist and yard offer and attends assigned repairs; the yard confirms access and slot

- Port-call logistics: SVC handles assigned crew movement and its own attendance records and may perform separately appointed agency tasks where authorized; statutory filings require an authorized declarant and permit decisions remain with the authority
