PTSC Quang Ngai operates a berth at Dung Quat Port that Vietnam's maritime authority lists for general dry and bulk cargo. PTSC also describes wider port, workshop and oil-and-gas service activities in the area; those activities do not make every berth an interchangeable offshore base. For an appointed vessel call, SVC Marine boards when access is granted, inspects the worklist and performs the agreed repair, delivery or survey scope. Send the ETA, working location, photographs and required window so SVC can assess the job.
01
The maritime authority lists PTSC Quang Ngai as operator of a Dung Quat Port berth and describes its function as general cargo, including dry and bulk cargo. PTSC's own company material also describes Dung Quat port and supply-base facilities connected with workshops and oil-and-gas activity. This page distinguishes the listed berth from that wider business. A published berth record does not approve a particular OSV, tanker, heavy-lift vessel or repair operation.
02
Cargo movements, lifting areas, berth access and any hazardous operation shape the available repair window. SVC reads the fault or supply requisition against the vessel schedule and identifies safe access, isolation, permit and specialist needs before confirming a work method. The vessel, PTSC and responsible agent retain their own approval and formalities responsibilities.
For an offshore service vessel or tanker enquiry, identify the actual working berth or approved anchorage. That category alone does not prove access to the general-cargo berth or permission for hot work, diving or cargo-area entry.
03
SVC personnel carry out the agreed vessel-side work after appointment and safe access. PTSC operates the port and workshop under its own approvals.
Send the exact worklist, vessel schedule and contact for the person who can authorize access. SVC identifies what it can inspect, repair, deliver or negotiate and what depends on PTSC, the yard, class or the relevant authority.
04
SVC can assess and quote an appointed onboard repair after receiving the defect, photographs, ETA and working location. Boarding, isolation, hot work and timing depend on PTSC and vessel access conditions and the actual cargo operation.
No. The authority's listed berth function is general cargo. PTSC has wider port and oil-and-gas activities, but the operator and responsible agent must confirm the actual berth and vessel acceptance for a specific call.
SVC can perform a permitted underwater inspection and deliver photographs and work records. The authority controls diving permission, and class decides whether the evidence meets its own requirements. SVC does not issue class approval.
For an appointed order, SVC verifies specifications and quantities, confirms availability and the approved handover point, then delivers and records the agreed items. Send the requisition, ETA and receiving contact.
